Block & estate management · Honesty · Transparency · Collaboration
We look after residential blocks, estates and mixed-use developments across London and the South East — with a named manager who knows your building, visits it, and picks up when you call.
Where we work
We only take on developments our managers can reach easily. It keeps inspections regular, contractors accountable and service charges honest.
Purpose-built blocks, converted period buildings and mixed-use schemes across the city and inner boroughs. Our London team handles the building safety regime day to day, from fire door checks to accountable person duties.
Our largest patch, and where the business started. New-build estates, riverside apartments and rural developments — with contractors we've used long enough to hold to a standard.
Commuter-belt developments where residents expect landscaped grounds kept properly and a service charge they can follow line by line. We publish budgets in plain English.
Coastal and market-town schemes, including a growing number of retirement developments. Smaller sites get the same inspection schedule as the large ones.
Established estates and resident management companies, many of whom came to us after taking over management themselves. We're comfortable working to a board.
How we work
Harmony was started by property managers who had grown tired of defending firms that fell short. These are the principles we left to build on — and the ones we expect to be held to.
If a contractor has underperformed or a budget needs to rise, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
Designated client accounts, budgets you can follow line by line, every invoice open to inspection, no hidden commissions.
We work with boards, not around them. You decide; we give you what you need to decide well, then carry it out.
Who we are
Harmony was founded by property managers who had spent years inside firms they could no longer defend. Portfolios that grew faster than the teams managing them. Inspections that slipped. Budgets presented to boards rather than built with them.
We left to build something different: deliberately small portfolios, named managers with time to do the job, and the freedom to tell clients the truth. We're appointed by developers, resident management companies and Right to Manage boards.
