Property managers here carry a deliberately smaller portfolio than the industry norm. That's the whole model: it's the only way anyone can actually visit their sites, know their boards and answer the phone.
We fund professional qualifications, we don't expect people to absorb abuse from residents, and we don't set targets that only work if corners get cut.
Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable telling someone something they don't want to hear. Sector experience helps but isn't essential — we've hired well from lettings, facilities and customer service.
